The terminal enables Mina Rashid to serve up to seven cruise vessels at one time and more than 25,000 passengers across its three&nbsp; terminals.</p><p>Dubai aims to attract 20m tourists a year by 2020, developing the city to be a leading tourist destination.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p></p>
